I was hired to work PT in a bakery/ deli. One day the cake decorator quit without notice and my manager came to me and asked if I knew how to decorate cakes. I thought for a minute and remembered the cakes my mother let me decorate and how they turned out. Naturally I told her NO. She asked if I would like to learn and give it a try. Well that was Just the Beginning....<br /><br />Now I take pride in my work, it is my art form of choice. Some people paint, sketch, draw, write beautiful poetry or inspiring novels...... I design cakes.
